Test drive a Journey to Learning.
Tater and I have never made a lapbook. There are tons of great resources out there, but, well, I’m just not motivated right now to go searching for free resources. My time is important to me, and if there is someone out there already doing it, I’d rather shell out the cash than to do all that work all over again. That’s why I’m in love with Itty Bitty Bookworm. On Facebook today there is an offer today from A Journey Through Learning, a lapbooking site that does all the grunt work for you. The offer is a free lapbook in exchange for a blog link- so here is mine. They have a few preschool links, and I ALWAYS love to try something out before committing- and a free test drive is just the thing to get slacker mamas like me interested. Maybe lapbooking won’t be as bad as I think. And for the record, this weekend, I did spend way too much time searching for resources so that Tater and I could make a lapbook on rainbows this week. We haven’t made it yet, but you better bet I’ll be posting about it.

Friday’s Gracious Giveaway

I wish I’d wrote down the date on the paper towel tube still hanging in my kitchen, but I know it was well before the new year. A friend made it as her resolution and I told her at that time we’d been paper towel free for quite some time. Maybe I wrote it in my other blog.
